Breeders' Cup Announces Official Fan Hotel for 2018 World Championships in Louisville, Kentucky
LEXINGTON (January 24, 2018) – The Breeders’ Cup, one of Thoroughbred horseracing’s most prestigious international events, today announced the Louisville Marriott Downtown as the Official Fan Hotel for the 2018 Breeders’ Cup World Championships, which will take place at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky on November 2 and 3 for the ninth time following two years on the West Coast. The collaboration will feature an “Ultimate Fan Experience” package which will provide access to official Breeders’ Cup events and activations at the hotel throughout the weekend, including complimentary shuttle service to and from the track as well as exclusive engagement opportunities for Breeders’ Cup fans staying at the hotel. The hotel will boast upgraded accommodations following a recently announced $32 million renovation, scheduled for completion by August 2018, just in time for the Breeders’ Cup World Championships.
