  • Breeding/Racing Operation: Began developing racing partnerships in 1991 after acquiring a $5,000 claimer from Philadelphia Park named Sunbelt. That gelding debuted for West Point Thoroughbreds two weeks later and won for a $6,500 claiming tag in the third race at Philadelphia Park on Aug. 27, 1991 … West Point Thoroughbreds is a certified S corporation incorporated in the state of New Jersey in 1991 and it organizes a limited liability company (LLC) for each individual horse venture … Has since syndicated some 200 horses worth more than $20 million … Currently manages the portfolios for nearly 400 investors and a stable of approximately 80 horses at various stages of training … Maintains offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California and Kentucky, and opened a new office in Saratoga Springs, NY in August 2009. ... .
