Strengths: She’s undefeated from four starts going into the Breeders' Cup, and has her speed figures have increased with each run. She’s shown an ability to stalk and pounce, and is proven around two turns, having won consecutive stakes over a route of ground at Emerald Downs, including the Gottstein Futurity against the boys.
Weaknesses: She hails from Emerald Downs, has never run in a graded stakes event, and has a tendency to break sluggishly from the starting gate.
In the Genes: Her sire Smart Strike is North America’s leading sire in ’07. He counts 2007 Horse of the Year Curlin, 2007 Turf Male English Channel, and Vosburgh-winning sprinter Fabulous Strike amongst his progeny. Her minor stakes winning mother Taste the Passion won three races in her career, all as a 2-year-old.
