Trainer: William I. Mott Last Jockey: Kent J. Desormeaux Owner(s): Zayat Stables, LLC

2008 Record: (7-1-0-3)
2008 Earnings: $156,938
2008 Win %: 14% In-The-Money %: 57%

Strengths: With a trio of stamina-building turf routes under her belt, fitness will not be a question, but rather an asset, for this 2-year-old. She’s proven her class by beating all but one male rival in the With Anticipation Stakes at Saratoga, and then showed she could take her course with her by venturing to Louisiana Downs and rolling late to win the Happy Ticket.

Weaknesses: An unknown commodity on the dirt, she’s raced exclusively on turf to open her career. Given her come-from-behind running lines behind slow turf paces, she could be outrun early against quick dirt fillies and have to take a lot of dirt in her face (something that turf-to-dirt Juvenile Fillies winner Dreaming of Anna didn’t have to overcome when gunning to the front last year).

In the Genes: Young sire Exchange Rate has produced Grade 1 Apple Blossom winner Ermine and top distaff sprinter Swap Fliparoo, as well as graded winner Xchanger. Exchange Rate won the Risen Star on the Triple Crown trail and the Tom Fool sprinting at age 4. Second foal and first stakes winner out of the Dynaformer mare Emblem of Hope.

Bet You Didn’t Know: Hall of Fame trainer Bill Mott has started only a pair of 2-year-old fillies in the Breeders’ Cup all-time, the last of which was Confessional in 1998."
