Breeding/Racing Operation: Owned 1985 Belmont Stakes winner Crème Fraiche, the fourth of five straight Belmont victories by legendary trainer Woody Stephens. Crème Fraiche earned $4 million in purse money by winning such prestigious races as The Jockey Club Gold Cup twice (1986 and ’87), the Donn Handicap and the Meadowlands Cup ... Won the 2006 Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot with Jeremy and the 2000 English Grand National with Papillon ... Has had three Breeders' Cup starters as a breeder (Arrowtown in the 1992 Sprint, High Yield in the 1999 Juvenile and Capitano in the 2003 Juvenile) and two as an owner -- fifth with I'm Sweets in the 1985 Juvenile Fillies and 10th with Jeremy 2007 Mile ... Bred European sensation Russian Rhythm, a 3-year-old filly who won six of seven starts, including the One Thousand Guineas at Newmarket in 2003 ... Along with son Michael bred Hard Spun, second in the 2007 Kentucky Derby, third in the Preakness, fourth in the Belmont Stakes and second in that year's Breeders' Cup Classic ... Bred G1 winner Master Command ... Bought Mushka in 2008 at Keeneland's November sale and the mare has earned her way into the Breeders' Cup Ladies Classic with her victory through disqualification in Keeneland's G1 Spinster Stakes ...
