The farm manager is Joe Ramsey, while Mike Lakow, a former executive with the New York Racing Association, serves as General Manager ... Sikura started building its stallion operation in 1995. It currently stands Closing Argument, El Corredor, Grand Reward, Harlington, Heatseeker, Indygo Shiner, Mr. Sekiguchi, Mutakddim, Red Giant, Roman Ruler, Seeking the Best, Seeking the Dia, Stormy Atlantic, Theatrical, and 2007 Eclipse Award champion sprint and two-time Breeders’ Cup Sprint winner Midnight Lute ... Stood Candy Ride (Arg), who through Sept. 26 has had seven stakes winners, including G2 Swaps winner Misremembered and Chocolate Candy, in his first crop. Hill 'n' Dale made headlines in 2008 when they sold Better Than Honour for a world-record $14 million at the Fasig-Tipton Kentucky November mixed sale to her co-owner Mike Moreno’s Southern Equine Stables. Better Than Honour, who is the dam of back-to-back Belmont Stakes G1 winners Jazil, champion Rags to Riches, and stakes winner Casino Drive, was being sold as part of the dispersal of joint holdings between Hill ‘n’ Dall and Southern Equine. Despite their partnership being dissolved in November 2008, Hill ‘n’ Dale and Southern Equine are currently tied to Grade 1 winner Mi Sueno, who was bred in partnership by the two entities and Bruce Lunsford. ...
