Race Comments: LIFE IS SWEET broke slowly and was bumped and squeezed back, settled off the pace inside, came out on the second turn and five wide into the stretch, rallied under urging to the front past midstretch and won clear. MUSHKA broke inward and a bit slowly, saved ground off the pace, came out on the second turn and four wide into the stretch, was between horses in midstretch and gained the place late. MUSIC NOTE chased between horses then just off the rail, angled in leaving the backstretch, came out leaving the second turn and three deep into the stretch, waited briefly off heels then angled in and split horses in midstretch and bested the others. PROVISO (GB) between foes early, angled in and saved ground, steadied in tight on the first turn, continued inside on the backstretch and into the second turn, came out and bid between horses into the stretch, gained a slim lead but weakened in the final furlong. RAINBOW VIEW settled outside then chased three deep or outside a rival, came out on the second turn and four wide into the stretch and could not offer the necessary response. COCOA BEACH (CHI) chased outside a rival then off the rail, angled in some leaving the second turn, split horses nearing midstretch then weakened inside. LETHAL HEAT angled in and stalked inside then a bit off the rail, continued outside a rival into and on the second turn, bid three deep into the stretch and weakened in the final furlong. CARELESS JEWEL broke outward, sped to the early lead and set the pace off the rail, opened a commanding advantage into the backstretch, angled in on the second turn and had little left for the stretch.
