(Sept. 26, 2014) – The Breeders’ Cup has today unveiled its newest premium dining experience – Taste of Napa Valley – set to debut at the 2014 Breeders’ Cup World Championships at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, Ca. Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. The Taste of Napa Valley experience, which will feature interactive cooking stations with top Napa Valley chefs complemented by the region’s best vintners, represents one of many new lifestyle and entertainment elements that have been added to the 2014 event.
Recognized as one of the most prestigious international thoroughbred racing events with $26 million in purses and awards, the Breeders’ Cup World Championships’ newest hospitality suite is the ultimate ticket for the food connoisseur. Taste of Napa Valley offers exhilarating, trackside dining prepared by some of Napa Valley’s top chefs. Guests will have an exclusive opportunity to meet Celebrity Chefs Michael Chiarello of Bottega Napa Valley and Masaharu Morimoto of Morimoto Napa. This specially curated tasting experience will also feature Napa Valley chefs Stephen Barber of Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch and Chris Mortenson of La Condesa Napa Valley.
For a world-class tasting experience Napa Valley Vintners has curated a robust selection of more than a dozen top vineyards to complement the five-star cuisine. Renowned wineries such as Atalon Winery, Freemark Abbey, Galerie, La Jota, Mt. Brave, Mumm Napa, and PEJU Napa Valley will be on-hand to immerse the suite’s ticket-holders in the essence of Napa Valley’s food and wine scene.
