NEW YORK (October 14, 2015) – The Breeders’ Cup today announced that SOVARO, manufacturers and distributors of luxury coolers, has been named an official partner of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships, which will be held at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Ky., and October 30-31.

The Breeders’ Cup attracts the world’s greatest Thoroughbreds for an extraordinary two days of racing, featuring 13 Championship races and $26 million in purses and awards at one of the sport’s most iconic venues. This is the first time that Keeneland, located in the heart of the Thoroughbred racing and breeding industry, will host the Breeders’ Cup. This year’s event is a virtual sellout.

As a part of the agreement, SOVARO will feature its new line of luxury coolers at official events in Lexington during Breeders’ Cup week and at the World Championships at Keeneland, including the Winner’s Circle, the trackside Chalet Village, Paddock Enclosure viewing area, and at the Champions Terrace winner’s celebration pavilion.

SOVARO and Breeders’ Cup have also partnered with Highbridge Springs to design a special private label water bottle that will be placed in SOVARO coolers at select locations as well as at official Breeders’ Cup events.

SOVARO will also be the sponsor “The Hill”, the official tailgating site at Keeneland, where fans will enjoy a festive atmosphere over the two days of the World Championships. Sovaro will feature its new line of luxury coolers to be displayed to fans on The Hill.

“We are very pleased that SOVARO has joined us as an official partner and sponsor of The Hill at Keeneland during the World Championships,” said Craig Fravel, Breeders’ Cup President and CEO. “The high quality and precision of the Sovaro brand is a perfect complement to the top flight competition and excitement our fans enjoy at the Breeders’ Cup.”

“Coolers are the centerpiece of a good time and we are proud to sponsor the Breeders’ Cup and The Hill, which is sure to be one of the most prestigious tailgates across the country,” said SOVARO co-founder Jenny Earnest. “At SOVARO, we pride ourselves on performance and see the perfect complement of brands with the Breeders’ Cup where the very best Thoroughbreds compete.”

Limited tickets are still available for The Hill and can be purchased online at BreedersCup.com/tickets or by calling 877-849-4287.
