How It Works

Bobby Flay has challenged his fellow Breeders' Cup ambassadors in the ultimate betting challenge. Each Breeders' Cup Challenge Series telecast on NBC or NBCSN, Bobby will face off in a celebrity betting challenge by picking one main selection and one alternate for each race. Pride and a serious donation to charity will be on the line each week with the winner receiving $1,000 to donate to their charity of choice and the loser receiving a $500 donation.   • Round 5: Fourstardave Handicap

    In round 5, Bobby faced off against Colorado Avalanche star, Erik Johnson. Neither Bobby or Erik picked Fourstardave winner Got Stormy so each star received $750 each for their respective charities.
  • Round 4: The Whitney

    Bo and Bobby's picks made up the Whitney exacta, but Bo came out on top in round 4 with her pick of Whitney winner, McKinzie. Bo's win means $1,000 will be donated to support #IAmHorseRacing while $500 will be donated to the Thoroughbred Retirement Fund.
  • Round 3: TVG.com Haskell Invitational

    Gary Player's pick of 2019 Haskell Winner, Maximum Security earned him the victory over Bobby in Round 3. Gary's win means $1,000 will be donated to the Black Knight Foundation while $500 will be donated to the Moore Foundation.
  • Round 2: Belmont Derby

    Jamie-Lynn's selection, #8 Social Paranoia, finished 2nd in the Belmont Derby earning her the victory over Bobby in Round 2. Jamie-Lynn's win means $1,000 will be donated to the Tisch MS Research Center of New York while $500 will be donated to New Vocations, The leading racehorse adoption program in the United States for Thoroughbred and Standardbred horses.
  • Round 1: Stephen Foster

    Bobby took down Carson Kressley in Round 1 Bobby by selecting D’Etat who came in 3rd and out finished Carson’s pick Thirsforlife. Bobby's $1,000 donation went to Citymeals on Wheels while Carson’s $500 donation went toward the American Saddlebred Museum.
