NEW YORK (Oct. 22, 2013) – The Breeders’ Cup, horse racing’s premier international event, today announced its Classic Million Dollar Finish fantasy game. Now open for registration, the game runs up to the $5 million Breeders’ Cup Classic, North America’s richest race, shown live in primetime from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET on NBC on Nov. 2. Million Dollar Finish players are challenged to select the top ten Classic finishers, in order, for the chance to win $1 million. Players will also be eligible to win additional prizes, including a VIP trip to the 2014 Breeders’ Cup at Santa Anita, cash and merchandise, based on fantasy points earned by the number of correct finishing placements.

Players will have the opportunity to compete against a host of Breeders’ Cup Celebrity Ambassadors who will make their Million Dollar Finish picks after the field for the Classic is set on Monday, October 28th.

Fans can register now at MillionDollarFinish.com and then must come back to enter their selections starting Monday, Oct. 28 following the Breeders’ Cup Classic post position draw (approximately 9:00 p.m. ET). Players can register for the game online and submit their picks right up until post time for the Classic at 8:35 p.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 2. The 30th running of the Breeders’ Cup takes place on Nov. 1 and 2 at Santa Anita Park. The Breeders’ Cup serves as the culmination of the thoroughbred racing season and attracts the best horses, trainers and owners from across the globe. The two-day event consists of 14 races with purses and awards totaling more than $27 million, and culminates with the $5 million Breeders’ Cup Classic, shown live in primetime on NBC.
